We are all ready for our incredible journey to Russia as part of the People to People Ambassador Healthcare Delegation. What a wonderful opportunity! This blog will keep us linked to our family and friends back home in the states.
One of the favorite foods of the Russians is "pancakes". These aren't ordinary pancakes as we think of them. They are more like blintzes with a variety of fillings from meat and vegetables to fruit. They are delicious and they serve them at coffee shops and fast food places.
